Refund Policy.

 

Dear Families will allow refunds up to 48 hours after purchase has been made. Please contact us to initiate the refund process at: hello@dearfamilies.com. We do not offer refunds outside of this timeframe. 

For limited member groups, we will also offer refunds if your spot can be filled by someone on our waitlist prior to the group starting. Once a group has commenced, registration will be closed. If you have been participating in a group and are unable to continue, we do not offer prorated refunds or credit towards other programs.
